Shipping policy

All US orders are awarded free shipping on all purchases, international orders will have a calculated rate at check out.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed anytime Monday through Thursday will be packed and shipped out within 24 hours. Orders received Friday-Sunday may go out as late as Monday morning, some may be processed quicker depending on amount of orders.

Delivery Addresses, P.O. Boxes, School Halls, Etc.

If an address is not correct when order is placed we will review it and ensure that it is correct. If you forget to add an apartment or unit number, please reach out as soon as possible with the information needed to ensure your order reaches you. If the address given isn't correct we will reach out via email or phone to double check address or get the correct one.

International Orders

For international orders, we charge a shipping rate which is calculated at the checkout and can be seen before finalizing purchase. International orders will be sent out as soon as we can. When shipped, orders take 5-10 business days to reach its destination depending on exact location. 

 Tracking Your Order

All orders will find tracking in your email after order is placed. If this email is not found or accidentally deleted, feel free to reach out to us via email (AreteVintage.us@gmail.com) or on Instagram (Arete.Vintage) and we can help you figure out where your package is.

Mystery Boxes

Mystery Box orders tend to take some time to curate for you, so we may take 1-7 days to fulfill these orders.
